Transfer of Title Information

The following guide gives instructions on transferring the title of a vehicle donated to the Goodwill Columbus Auto Auction. If you have questions about the procedure, please e-mail Goodwill Columbus at giveauto@gwcols.com or contact us by phone 614-444-AUTO.

Note: Goodwill Columbus Auto Auction only accepts donated vehicles with OHIO titles.

 The first section to fill out is the Date that the Vehicle will be picked up for the Auction. (1)

 Fill in the word "DONATION" for the price of the Vehicle.

 The Transferee's/Buyer's name is "Goodwill Industries of Central Ohio"

 The Transferee's/Buyer's address is "1600 Integrity Drive Columbus, OH 43209"

 The 6 empty box's under the Odometer Certification need to have the actual mileage of    the Vehicle listed in them. (2)

 The next section must be filled out in front of a Notary Public and Stamped and Signed by  the Notary. (3)

   Transferor's/Sellers printed name (a)
   Transferor's/Sellers signature (b)
   Transferor's/Sellers printed address (c)

After the title has been completely filled out, signed and stamped by a Notary, the Donated Vehicle can be scheduled for pickup with our towing company.
